
Wi-Fi Mesh by Virgin telco: Designing and launching the smart router that teleworkers needed during Covid-19.
During the highest part of Covid 19 pandemic we listened our clients to discover a huge problem that they had with their Wi-Fi connections: weak Wi-Fi signal when they where teleworking. For this reason we helping our client to launch Wi-Fi Mesh, a smart Wi-Fi that amplifies the signal from your router so that connection reaches any part of your home when you need the most.
To introduce this uknown product into the spanish market we wanted to bring to our clients this sticky name, Wi-Fi Mesh, and the value proposition of our product in a relatable way. By this reason, due to such surreal moment as the one we were living during the pandemic we decided to create a campaign that couldn't be more surreal.
We also created a whole Paid Social campaign where we began to launch tens of segmented messages inspired by the gains and pains of our clients with their Wi-Fi connections to accompany our future clients throughout the whole funnel.
Moreover we created a Display campaign with an A/B testing approach to notice our clients this new product in the differents steps of the funnel. From awareness to conversion.
We also notice this new product to our current clients sending them an personalized series of e-mails that we optimized to boost our conversion rates.
A huge campaign that guided our customers to a site which we optimize our UX/UI designs, images and messages to increase conversion rates.
