A digital experience on Google Maps that takes you to the stands of the Mutua Madrid Open.

The Mutua Madrid Open is one of those sporting events that nobody wants to miss in Madrid. That's why Mutua Madrileña, the tournament's official sponsor, wanted to give the people of Madrid the chance to go and watch it. 

But on this occasion, we wanted to create an interactive experience that generates more engagement with the brand. So we hid 200 tickets around the city and we invited people to find them using a new media never used before, Google Maps. 


To do so, we launched a Google Maps page in which we tagged the most emblematic seats in the city and we uploaded it in our social media channels.

People only had to find the seats in the city, take out a selfie sitting on them and tag themselves in that position on the Maps in order to get the seat associated with that position.

 And the people went out to the streets to take their seats and begun to interact with us on social media sharing their pictures around the entire city.

Within a few hours, the entire map was completed, the people were amazed and our results increased as never before.
