
The first tennis match played on Twitter
Mutua Madrileña is the insurance company that sponsors one of the most important tennis tournaments in Spain, the Mutua Madrid Open. This time we had 200 tickets to give away to their fans and we wanted to do it through an interactive digital experience that would surprise them and keep them engaged on our Twitter channel for hours. For this reason, we created the first tennis match played on Twitter.
We created a tournament on Twitter where people invited a friend with a hashtag and had to tweet to each other mentioning tennis strokes. The more passes they made from the tweet the more points they got in the ranking.


We also created a landing with the match schedules and where people could see their position in the general ranking. The higher positions would get better tickets.

We repeated the tournament 3 more days and in only 4 hours we got incredible results for the brand in his Twitter and the rest of his digital media.
